FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything You Need to Know Before Taking the First Step

help-question-circle--Streamline-Freehand
How can learning become a natural and inspiring process for you and your colleagues?

This happens when they are based on self-awareness. When you know what motivates you, what holds you back, how you communicate, and how you react in various situations, it also influences your relationships, your collaboration, and the way you lead others. This is precisely what the 9 + 0–0 principles are based on. They promote self-reflection, communication, and collaboration as the natural foundation for the day-to-day functioning of individuals, teams, and the entire organization.

Who are these principles intended for?

For anyone who cares about their own personal growth and wants to consciously evolve their approach to work, people, and leadership. For leaders, managers, and team members who are looking for more than just tools and techniques—they want to better understand themselves, others, and how their approach influences the environment in which they work.

How can I put these principles into practice right away?

In several ways. The fastest way is through training sessions and workshops, where participants share their experiences, work through specific situations, and explore what works in their particular environment. The principles can also be incorporated into the company through mentoring and coaching cards or posters that encourage daily self-reflection, communication, and collaboration. During group meetings, we then translate these into specific actions that can be applied in everyday practice.
