Questions That Lead to Growth
Change isn’t something you can master over a weekend. It’s a journey where it pays to have a guide. These cards were created based on nine years of personal and professional crises and offer nine principles that can be applied in the classroom, within a team, or in your own personal life.
How These Cards Can Help You
You’ll ask the right questions
Instead of advice, you’re given questions that guide you to your own answers. Each principle opens up space for reflection without anyone telling you what to feel or do.
You’ll find support in moments of uncertainty
When you encounter an obstacle or feel unsure, the cards will remind you that courage, patience, and perseverance are skills that can be practiced—not traits you either have or don’t have.
You’ll apply these principles in your daily life
The nine principles and Principle 0-0 work just as well in your personal life as they do when working with people—in the classroom, on a team, or when leading others.
What will you find in the cards?
For each principle, you'll find three sets of questions that guide you step by step—from identifying the current situation, through finding resources, to taking a concrete step forward.

Everything You Need to Know Before Taking the First Step
How can learning become a natural and inspiring process for both you and your students?
Who are these principles intended for?
For anyone who cares about education and wants to take their approach to the next level. For teachers who are looking for more than just techniques—they’re looking for meaning. For those who want to be leaders in the classroom—not just content deliverers.
How can I put these principles into practice right away?
There are several ways. The fastest way is through our training sessions—together with other teachers, you’ll share experiences, test different approaches, and find what works best for you. You can put up posters in classrooms and school hallways to serve as daily visual reminders of these principles. And at our events, we work together to develop new teaching approaches—in practice, not just in theory.
